    Job Title: BEMS Key Account Manager – Midlands & North of England

    Location: Field-Based (Midlands & North of England)
    Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission + car allowance + benefits

    The Role
    We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused BEMS Key Account Manager to expand our service portfolio across the Midlands and North of England. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our tailored service and maintenance packages to building owners, facilities managers, and contractors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and close new service sales opportunities within your region

    • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and upsell opportunities

    • Work closely with our engineering and service delivery teams to ensure proposals meet customer needs

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations

    • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and activities in CRM

    • Keep up to date with BMS technology trends, competitor activity, and market developments

    About You

    • Proven track record in BEMS, HVAC, or building services sales (service/maintenance focus preferred)

    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

    • Excellent relationship-building abilities at all levels, from site engineers to senior stakeholders

    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role

    • Full UK driving licence
